Shipping information

We are based in China, so we ship from there. We always work with the most trusted couriers to ensure every order is delivered as quickly as possible.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is authorized and verified, we will send you a confirmation email. Once verification is complete, we will begin processing your order immediately. Due to the long processing time, it is difficult for us to change or cancel your order, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Shipping Country/Time

Shipping Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: Typically 1-3 business days.

Once your order is ready, we will ship it within a few hours and send you a notification email with shipping information, such as the tracking number and carrier.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 30 days of receipt.

Your item must be in the original condition it was received in, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, please contact us by email at service@joysidecosplay.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: No. 4, Gongye 2nd Street, Lingnan Industrial Zone, Shiling Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, 510000.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Returns without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Regrettably, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return your existing item and then purchase the new item separately after your return has been accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase for any reason within 14 days without providing a valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
